The Rusted Nail Tiny House

    The Rusted Nail is a custom furniture design and build company that uses primarily reclaimed lumber taken from old barns across north Georgia. My name is Jeffrey Burke and i started The Rusted Nail with friends and family at my side.

    I studied architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and moved to north Georiga soon after graduating in 2010. At this point I began building furniture in my parents shed and The Rusted Nail has since grown into something bigger than i ever could have imagined. 

    I have now decided to use my love of design to not just build beautiful furniture but to incorporate my love of Architecture. In this tiny house, and hopefully future tiny houses, i will bring the lessons and skills from building high quality furniture to the medium that is a Tiny House on Wheels.
